These select cuts of the finest steaks and burgers are yours for the choosing. All cuts are fresh and then subjected to a twenty-one day aging process designed to lock in the best of flavors and ensure a smoothness in slicing.
Top sirloins, Chateaus, Longhorns, New Yorks, Porterhouses, Tenderloins, Ribeyes, bulk Prime Rib and Ground Chuck burgers; all individually sealed and ready for pick-up in packages pleasing to the eye. We have special gift sets for the upcoming holiday season and, of course, customized orders to fit your needs can be easily accommodated.
